Overview

PortfolioPro provides custom-built portfolio websites. Because each project involves significant time and effort specific to each client, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom service work.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before we have started work on your project (before we begin designing or building your site), you are eligible for a partial refund of ₹5,000. The remaining amount covers administrative costs, domain registration if already purchased, and initial processing.

After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced on your portfolio — including design, development, or domain purchase — no refund is available. This is because custom work cannot be resold or reused for another client.

After Delivery

After the completed portfolio has been delivered to you, no refund is applicable. We encourage you to use your 2 included revision rounds and 1 month of support to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

What "Work Started" Means

Work is considered started when any of the following have occurred:

Exceptions

If we are unable to deliver your portfolio within 14 days of receiving your resume (due to reasons on our end), you are eligible for a full refund. This does not apply if delays are caused by late client feedback or missing information.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of payment via:
