1. Services
PortfolioPro by Pramod Tidke provides professional portfolio website design and development services. The service includes portfolio website creation, .in domain purchase and setup, GitHub Pages hosting configuration, GitHub profile optimization, and 1 month post-delivery support as described on our website.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of work is limited to what is explicitly described in the Portfolio Pro package at ₹7,999. This includes:
- One portfolio website built from the client's resume
- One .in domain (1 year registration)
- GitHub Pages hosting setup
- GitHub profile optimization
- LinkedIn and GitHub integration
- SEO basics (meta tags, page title, description)
- 2 revision rounds post-delivery
- 1 month post-delivery support
Any additional features or pages beyond the defined scope will be quoted separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide an up-to-date resume in PDF or Word format. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided. PortfolioPro is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information in the resume.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is 7 business days from the date of resume receipt and payment confirmation. Timelines may extend if the client delays in providing required information or feedback during the revision process.
5. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. A revision round includes reasonable changes to content, layout, or color preferences. Each round must be submitted as a consolidated list of changes. Additional revision rounds beyond the included two will be charged at ₹500 per round.
6. Domain Renewal
The .in domain is included for the first year only. After the first year, the client is responsible for renewing the domain directly with the registrar at the prevailing renewal cost (approximately ₹600–900 per year). GitHub Pages hosting remains free indefinitely.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the delivered portfolio website. PortfolioPro retains the right to showcase the delivered work as part of our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
8. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any method agreed upon. Work will commence only after payment confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
PortfolioPro is not responsible for job outcomes, interview results, or career decisions made based on the portfolio website. Our service is limited to website design and delivery as described. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
PortfolioPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to your service.
